USDA Business and Industry Loan Guarantee

John Broussard and Randy Frescoln will review the advantages to rural developers using B&I loan guarantees to increase affordable financing options to increase likelihood business will start up, stay or expand in your community and make lenders more competitive, which increases financing options for rural businesses.
The 2016 NREDA Annual Conference will be held November 2-4, 2016 at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Rooms are reserved for NREDA at the rate of $139 for a single and $164 for a double. Sleeping rooms are subject to all taxes and fees, including a $12.00 nightly resort fee. Room availability at the NREDA group rate is guaranteed until October 10, 2016 or until the block of rooms is sold out, whichever comes first.
